About Me
Hi, I’m Joey Hamilton, and after years of searching and growing, I’ve found my purpose in the focused, hands-on work of massage therapy. I was drawn to this path because it aligns so closely with what I value most — creating space for healing, connection, and growth. I believe true wellness exists in the balance of body, mind, and spirit, and massage allows me to support that in a tangible, grounded way. I love the rhythm of the work, the one-on-one focus, and the chance to help people feel more at home in their own bodies. Whether it’s easing pain, reducing stress, or simply offering a moment of stillness, my goal is to bring care, attentiveness, and presence to every session.
My Approach
In my massage work, I aim to strike a balance between therapeutic depth and nervous system care. I draw from a range of techniques — combining the fluidity of Swedish massage with the focused intention of deep tissue, the movement and stretch of Thai massage, and range of motion work to support mobility and ease. I want each session to feel purposeful but never overwhelming, so clients leave feeling both restored and like we made real progress. You probably won’t fall asleep on my table — but you won’t be gritting your teeth either. It’s about meeting the body where it’s at, and working with it, not against it.
Outside the Studio
Outside of massage, I’m someone who finds energy in movement and calm in creativity. I love being outdoors — camping under the trees, walking a golf course, or finding new disc golf spots with friends. I’m always exploring ways to improve my own health, whether that’s through strength training, mobility work, or simply paying closer attention to what my body needs. When I slow down, I love to paint, get lost in a good book, or spend time around a board game with people I care about. At the heart of it all, I’m someone who’s always trying to grow — to keep learning, stay curious, and bring that same mindset into the way I work with clients.
